JUJITSU WHITE BELT SYLLABUS |

The following is list of techniques that have to be learned in order to achieve a Jujitsu White Belt (7th-kyu) Grading.
- Etiquette
- Breakfalls (utemi waza)
- Front Punch (Mai Zuki), Reverse Punch, (Gyaku Zuki)
- Front Kick (Mai Geri), Side Kick (Yoko Geri)
- Defence Against Punches (3) (left, right and double)
- Basic Stances (Zenkotsu Dachi, Kiba Dachi, Nekoashi Dachi, Kokutsu Dachi)
- Straight Arm Lock (Ude Gatame)
- Shoulder Arm Lock (Kata Gatame)
- Hip Throw (O'Goshi)
- Major Outer Reaping Throw (O'Soto'Gari)
- Recumbent Ankle Throw (Ashi Waza)
- Kata Of Blocks
The amount of time it takes to achieve a white belt grading varies from student to student but students must train for a minimum of 3 months and attend a minimum of 12 sessions. Grading takes place within the Dojo at regular intervals at both King's Lynn and Wisbech Clubs.
