This year all students will receive a certificate of attendance and a FREE specially designed
Martial Art T-shirt. Also this year we are allowing children from the age of 13 to train,
but will be training on a separate mat area to the seniors.
This year the course cost is £30.00 for Seniors and £20.00 for Juniors with a £10.00 non-
returnable deposit and places need to be booked early to avoid missing out on an enjoyable day.
ALL profits go to the Blue Bell Wood Children's Hospice
Training will be done on a carousel system with 45 minutes with each instructor.
